How wild she grows
I'm about to change my life in a big, real and terrifying way.
I'm naturally inclined to take the safe route. To be as risk-averse in my decision making as possible. To overthink things and do whatever I can to minimize the possibility of future chaos or failure. To dip my toes in the water when I could be diving in head first. This method has served me well for 29 years.
It's not enough.
Starting now, I hereby challenge my nature. I will open myself up to future failure(s). I give myself permission to try wild things and put myself in positions that make me uncomfortable. I give myself permission to live without knowing what will happen next, and to embrace uncertainty. I give myself permission to denounce perfectionism.
I give myself permission to take a leap of faith.
I give myself to permission to release my inner wild and see how I grow.
